You will get a welcome email with more info on how to access our monday.com project board for workflow communication. Be sure to read it well, it has all the information you need.
All communication will be done via our project management on Monday.com with your project point of contact and your designated UGC Producer.
We'll review your onboarding project brief, ask any questions we have, and get going on sourcing the right content creators for you.
We'll coordinate with you on shipments to your content creators so they can get going. (Note: delayed shipping from your team can cause a delay in deliverables. Ideally we'll want you to ship product out within 1-2 business days)
We'll work with the content creators - so sit back while they create content.
For all basic, standard and premium plans - all content is delivered for you to download the week prior to your month end at the latest.

We use your onboarding brief document as an outline. If we have any questions, we will check in with you before we get started.

No, we do not. We will coordinate with your team, but will coordinate all the information you need so we can track it and ensure it gets to your content creator.
